Even though that section is now on-line, I’m still after further details about ABBA’s first visit to Australia in 1976, when they filmed the special The Best Of ABBA (a.k.a. ABBA In Australia). I’m having a bit of difficulty, because information on that trip is pretty scarce. I’ve got lots of newspaper clippings, but of course most of them have been cut from the newspapers and don’t have dates, so it’s a bit hard to try and get a chronology happening. If anybody has any information that will help me put it all together, particularly what other TV appearances they made (and when they were broadcast), or any other interesting info please e-mail me urgently!

Updates required for existing pages

I need some help with filling in a few gaps in my pages. If you have any of the information that I’ve listed below, please e-mail me. Australian details only please!

Catalogue number of Adam Ant LP/CD Strip.

Any other Cover Versions of ABBA songs that I may not have listed.

Details on any ABBA merchandise that I may have missed (manufacturer, distributor, dimensions, etc). There are a lots of gaps there so I won’t list them all, just go to the memorabilia page and see what’s missing. Plus any ABBA merchandise that I may have missed, particularly some of the more bizarre items from the Seventies that I have forgotten about.

Details of the Melbourne production of Chess, plus details of programmes, merchandise et cetera.

Any details of the 1977 tour that I may have forgotten (particularly banter between songs. I don’t have a complete 77 concert tape!)

The lyrics that Agnetha and Frida sing in the chorus of ‘Get On The Carousel’ are pretty hard to understand. I’ve tried to work them out and have written what it sounds like to me, but if you think that you’ve got a better idea of what the lyrics really are please let me know so I can make any necessary corrections.

Please let me know if you come across any other information that I may be lacking, or may have recorded incorrectly.
